Eisenführ Speiserは特許法を中心とするドイツの知的財産権法に特化した事務所であり、2023年6月から運用が開始された統一特許裁判所（Unified Patent Court ：UPC）の実務についてのお話を伺い、欧州における特許紛争に関する協力の可能性について議論することができました。
