- ・You will mainly be in charge of cases handled by lawyers belonging to our firm. The lawyers in charge of your case will not be fixed, and you will have the opportunity to work with all the lawyers in our firm.
- ・For about two years after joining the firm, we would like you to come out of the firm as much as possible and work in the office, as we would like to directly discuss and exchange opinions on industry customs and frequently occurring legal theories related to each industry. If you have family circumstances, poor health, or other reasons for training, we can flexibly accept temporary remote work. After gaining experience, you will be able to flexibly switch between remote and in-person work.
- ・For cases requested by the firm's lawyers, compensation is paid based on the hours worked. The estimated working hours are approximately 100-200 hours per month, but this varies depending on the circumstances of each lawyer and the situation of the case.
- • The office space will be a free-address system.
- ・We provide a full range of reference materials and business support services.
- ・You will need to prepare your own computer (some assistance will be provided by the office), but a monitor will be provided by the office.
- ・You are free to take on your own personal cases in addition to the cases handled by the firm, as long as there are no conflicts. For personal cases, you will be required to pay 30% of the fee as firm expenses.
- -Of course, you can also consult with other members and ask for their opinions on how to proceed with your personal case and its prospects.
- - It is possible to request the secretariat to handle administrative work for personal cases (assistance with preparing documents, preparing and sending invoices, etc.), and it is also possible to use office facilities such as conference rooms for personal cases.
- *Payment will be calculated by multiplying each lawyer's hourly rate by a fixed percentage of their working hours. Each lawyer's hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as their experience and experience.
Furthermore, unit prices will be reviewed annually. - *If the working hours are between 100 and 200 hours, the expected pay will be in the range of approximately 100 to 300 yen per month depending on years of experience.
