    Seminar Outline

While seminars on trade practices can be found in various places, many of them feature instructors who are not lawyers (such as those with trade advisor qualifications, JETRO staff, or former trading company employees). It seems that seminars where lawyers who have handled trade cases provide practical explanations based on their experience are not very common.
Trade law presents many challenges, including the essential need for an understanding of international trade and logistics practices. There are not many lawyers who specialize in this field. The lecturer is a rare lawyer who holds the AIBA Certified Trade Advisor qualification (previously certified by JETRO), so please take advantage of this valuable opportunity.
