In this presentation, we will explain copyright and portrait rights, which are essential for fashion promotion, with examples, and introduce the latest trends in "stealth marketing," which hides the fact that it is an advertisement, a new tool called "generative AI," and "greenwashing," which makes it appear that a product is environmentally conscious without any basis.
