【Overview】
The New Freelance Law, which affects almost all artists and those who work with artists, will come into effect in November 2024. However, there are many aspects of this new rule that are difficult to adapt to the conventional wisdom and creative process of the art scene. Therefore, by referring to the creative process of an actual artist together with a lawyer, we will deepen our understanding of the purpose of this new law and the new rules for ordering and receiving, and discuss what and how to manage things on-site.
