He has been involved in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including general civil litigation, defamation lawsuits, commercial litigation, and family law litigation, and has also acted as a defense attorney in many criminal cases, including white-collar crimes.
From that experience, I believe that it is extremely important not only to deal with trouble, but also to consider "risk management," which involves considering preventive measures before a problem occurs, and "crisis management," which involves minimizing the impact of a crisis that has already occurred and working to recover as quickly as possible.
Even if you are not currently in trouble, if you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us.
